1 Delete Account in the App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly in the Muhit app:

Steps:

  1. Open the Muhit app
  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm the deletion

2 Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Send an email to:

Include:

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your account

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation.

3 Data Deletion Details

When you delete your account, the following happens:

Data Type Action
Account information (email, name) ✓ Permanently deleted
Learning progress & statistics ✓ Permanently deleted
Vocabulary & favorites ✓ Permanently deleted
App settings & preferences ✓ Permanently deleted
Purchase history* Retained by App Store / Google Play

*Purchase records are managed by Apple/Google and cannot be deleted by us.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your learning progress will be lost. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

1 Konto in der App löschen

Am schnellsten geht es direkt in der App:

Schritte:

  1. Öffne Muhit
  2. Tippe oben links auf dein Profilbild
  3. Tippe im Menü noch einmal oben auf dein Profil
  4. Ganz unten steht „Konto löschen", neben „Abmelden"
  5. Bestätige die Löschung

2 Löschung per E-Mail anfordern

Falls du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast, kannst du die Kontolöschung per E-Mail anfordern:

Sende eine E-Mail an:

Angaben:

  • Betreff: „Antrag auf Kontolöschung"
  • Die mit deinem Konto verknüpfte E-Mail-Adresse

Wir bearbeiten deine Anfrage innerhalb von 7 Werktagen und senden dir eine Bestätigung.

3 Details zur Datenlöschung

Wenn du dein Konto löschst, passiert Folgendes:

Kaufhistorie* Verbleibt bei App Store / Google Play

*Kaufbelege werden von Apple/Google verwaltet und können nicht von uns gelöscht werden.

⚠️ Wichtig: Die Kontolöschung ist dauerhaft und unwiderruflich. Dein gesamter Lernfortschritt geht verloren. Stelle sicher, dass du fortfahren möchtest, bevor du bestätigst.
